L’Ardente
Celebrated as the first restaurant at Capitol Crossing, Eric Eden & Chef David Deshaies have brought an elegant mix of Italian Cuisine and design to the downtown DC Area with L’Ardente. Situated over Interstate 395, the construction was both complex and highly collaborative involving consistent coordination from the design & engineering project partners.
L’Ardente features seating for 231, and includes a main dining room, bar, as well as two separate private dining areas. Outfitted with custom-made chandeliers, imported from the famous Italian glass blowing town of Murano, a gilded fire burning pizza oven, arched ceilings and textiles from Italy, the restaurant is appropriately self described as Italian glam!
