POD Hotel is a hospitality concept born in New York that consists of small, efficient rooms, which encourage travelers to spend their time in common spaces rather than their rooms. Alongside the Base Building Contractor, Potomac Construction built out the Crimson Whiskey Bar, the Crimson Diner, the Crimson View and the Hotel’s lobby.

Throughout the construction process, this multi-phased project required tremendous coordination and communication from the project team. The construction team developed an aggressive, yet feasible, plan to ensure the commencement of their work without disrupting the sequencing of the base building contractor.
